CCTV Upgrades, Elevated Surveillance & Active Deterrence at a Large Tullamarine Site
Pathfinder Australia Pty Ltd. operates from a large property in Tullamarine, requiring reliable security coverage across the site and its surrounding areas.
Forever Secure was engaged to upgrade the existing CCTV infrastructure and improve visibility across the property, with a particular focus on providing broader coverage from the main entrance.
As part of the project, Forever Secure installed a large dedicated security pole at the entrance of the property, incorporating CCTV cameras and horn speakers. The elevated position provides a broad view across the site while the horn speakers add an additional layer of active deterrence.
The size and layout of the Pathfinder Australia property meant that achieving effective surveillance across the site required careful consideration of camera positioning, viewing angles and elevation.
The existing CCTV infrastructure required upgrading to provide improved coverage and greater visibility across the property.
There was also an opportunity to introduce an active deterrence component alongside the CCTV system. Rather than relying on cameras purely for recording and review, the new system could provide the ability to issue audible warnings when required.
The objective was to create a stronger and more comprehensive security presence across the property while making strategic use of the site's main entrance.

Rather than simply adding cameras at individual locations, we developed a solution incorporating a large dedicated security pole at the entrance. This provided an elevated platform for the CCTV equipment and allowed the cameras to achieve greater visibility across the surrounding site.
Horn speakers were also incorporated into the installation to provide an additional layer of active deterrence alongside the CCTV system.
